Fathertime The Caboose Empty Nester Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 60.5% ABV (121 proof) in a 750ml bottle, with no water added after the barrel. Empty Nester Strength is the brand's own name for cask strength, and this is the strongest bottling Fathertime has made. It is the fifth Precious Batch, named for the youngest of Jim Gaffigan's five children and hand-selected in spring 2026. Fathertime is the bourbon brand of Gaffigan and Stu Pollard, launched in spring 2024, and every bottle is signed by Gaffigan by hand. It is bottled in Bardstown by Fathertime Bourbon, LLC.
