Fathertime The Caboose is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the whiskey brand of comedian Jim Gaffigan and Stu Pollard, bottled at 46.2% in a 75cl bottle by Fathertime Bourbon, LLC in Bardstown. The whiskey was distilled in Kentucky.
It is the fifth Precious Batch release, hand-selected in spring 2026. Each batch honours one of Gaffigan's five children, and this one is named for the youngest. Every bottle is hand-signed by Gaffigan.
