A late-harvest Falanghina from Fattoria Pagano, grown around Roccamonfina. It has a deep golden yellow colour and aromas of ripe quince, ripe peach, honey and citrus. The palate is soft and enveloping, with residual sweetness balanced by a fresh finish.
It has medium body and a pleasant, not cloying persistence. It pairs with blue cheeses, fruit-based desserts, dry pastries, foie gras and savoury dishes needing a sweet-savoury contrast. Serve at 10-12 °C.
