Fazi Battaglia Verdicchio Grappa (50cl, 44%)

This grappa from Fazi is made from Verdicchio grapes, known in the Marche for freshness and aroma. Careful distillation preserves delicate floral and fruity notes typical of the variety. On the nose it shows almond, white flowers and white-fleshed fruit such as pear. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a persistent aftertaste that leaves a clean, fresh sensation. It suits the end of a meal, with light desserts or on its own, served slightly chilled.
