Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters

These are aromatic cocktail bitters from Fee Brothers, inspired by traditional Aztec cacao drinks. Chocolate, spice and a little heat are combined to add depth to classic and modern cocktails. A few dashes work in drinks made with whisky, rum or tequila, and in coffee-based drinks, bringing notes of cacao, cinnamon and warm spice. The nose is dark cocoa, cinnamon and gentle spice. The palate offers bittersweet chocolate, warm baking spices and subtle chilli heat, finishing long, dry and gently spiced with cocoa depth.
