Fercullen 15-year-old Irish whiskey is distilled from a mash of corn and malt and initially matured for 15 years in high-quality, first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Some of this whiskey is then finished in second-fill Madeira casks to impart a depth of flavour and dried fruit spice.
