This is a 12 year old Speyside single malt, independently bottled by Ferg & Harris at a cask strength of 55.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered, with no added colouring.
After maturation the whisky was finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads, which give it a rich umber colour. The outturn was 2,873 bottles.
The nose offers sticky toffee pudding, baked figs, dark raisins, black cherry jam and warm wood spice. The palate is velvety, with dark chocolate, stewed plums, candied citrus peel and sherry sweetness, followed by a long finish of toasted nuts and polished oak.
