Ferg & Harris 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at a cask strength of 55.7% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled at an undisclosed Speyside distillery and aged for twelve years, then finished for six months in first-fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogsheads. Only 229 bottles were produced.
The nose brings toffee, baked figs and plump raisins, with high notes of orchard fruit. The palate is sweet and silky, with dried fruit, woody spice and a dense, jammy richness. The warming finish lingers with stewed raisins.
