Fernet Antica Distilleria Quaglia (70cl)

A Fernet liqueur from Antica Distilleria Quaglia, made to old Piedmontese recipes with herbs and spices. It is distilled with attention to quality ingredients and is known for a distinctly bitter, complex flavour. The predominant notes are myrrh, aloe, rhubarb and gentian root, balanced by mint and chamomile. Dark and almost amber in colour, it has a penetrating aroma and a velvety palate with a lingering finish, and is served at room temperature or slightly chilled as a digestif or cocktail base.
