This Fettercairn was distilled in 2007 and bottled in February 2021 at 13 years old, as part of Cadenhead's Authentic Collection. It is bottled at cask strength.
It was matured in a ruby Port hogshead, and 300 bottles were filled.
The nose brings strawberry cheesecake, white chocolate and redcurrant. On the palate come shortbread, almond butter and linseed oil, and the finish has cocktail cherries, date and walnut cake and cranberry juice.
