Fettercairn 22 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured for 22 years in first-fill American ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
On the nose come banana, citrus fruits and plum, with raisin, fig and a hint of gingerbread. The palate brings spiced pear, caramelised orange and subtle coffee, alongside liquorice, morello cherry and treacle.
The finish is long and smooth, with cherry, plum and gentle spice.
