This is a 30 year old Fettercairn from the Highlands, bottled by Signatory Vintage as Symington's Choice in its Cask Strength Collection. The whisky was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2025 from a hogshead, at 58.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
On the palate it shows a firm spice of ginger and oak, balanced by sweet honey and bright lemon.
