Feudi di San Gregorio Privilegio Fiano Passito 2023 Irpinia (37.5cl)

Privilegio is a sweet Fiano Passito from Feudi di San Gregorio in Campania, made from grapes left to dry for about eight weeks before fermenting. It comes in a 37.5cl bottle. After drying, the wine is fermented and matured in barriques for six to eight months. The aim is a balance of sweetness, savoury salinity and acidity, in a deep, luminous golden colour. On the nose there are dried apricot and candied fruit with honey and orange blossom. The palate is silky, soft and velvety, with freshness that keeps the sweetness in check, and the finish is persistent.
