FEW American Straight Whiskey is a blend of American whiskeys in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 46.5% ABV. Its backbone is a selection of the distillery's bourbon and rye.
A malt whiskey that has been given cherrywood smoke is added to the blend, bringing a different set of notes alongside the bourbon and rye.
The palate opens with graham cracker and honey over a savoury rye spice, with some tart cherry in the middle and a wisp of smoke. The finish carries subtle white pepper and honey.
