This is a bottled-in-bond straight bourbon from FEW Spirits of Evanston, Illinois, bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It is made from corn, rye and malted barley, and has a deep amber colour. The spirit is full-bodied yet balanced.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel and oak. On the palate come baking spices and toasted oak, and a subtle sweetness lingers into the finish.
