FEW Bourbon Whiskey

FEW Bourbon is made by FEW Spirits, a craft distillery in Chicago, Illinois, which grows and controls its grain-to-glass process. The mash bill is 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley, and the whiskey is aged in new, heavily charred American oak. The nose is rich and spicy, with vanilla, caramel, popcorn, cinnamon and clove, plus cherry, plum and toasted oak. The palate is soft and warming, slightly oily, with vanilla, caramel, corn, spice and fruit. The finish is long, with spice, oak, vanilla and caramel.
