FEW Breakfast Bourbon Whiskey

A maple-finished bourbon from FEW Spirits of Illinois, made as a whiskey companion to the distillery's Breakfast Gin. It starts with FEW's flagship bourbon, aged for at least four years, which is then transferred to barrels that previously held maple syrup from Mount Mansfield Maple of Vermont. The second maturation adds a touch of maple without making the whiskey taste flavoured. The bourbon's own character of cinnamon, clove and herbal rye remains in front, with the maple in support.
