FEW Bourbon is a bourbon from FEW Spirits, a craft distillery in Evanston in the United States. It is bottled at 46.5% ABV, and the label shows a scene from the 1892 Chicago World's Fair.
The distillery takes its name from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement, in a town that stayed dry for more than a hundred years.
The nose is rich and spicy, with clove, vanilla and caramel. The palate is sweet, with toffee and caramel alongside cardamom and clove. The finish is long and lingering, with warming spice that tingles to the end.
