FEW Bourbon is a bourbon in a 75cl bottle, made from a mashbill of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malt.
It is fermented with a peppery, fruit-enhancing yeast normally used for Saison beer, which makes for an unusual take on bourbon.
The nose offers cinnamon and clove over corn sweetness and oak. The body is bold and rich, with sweetness and spice well matched, and the finish is zesty.
