FEW Bourbon is a craft bourbon from FEW Spirits of Evanston, Illinois, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. The label shows a scene from the 1892 Chicago World's Fair. The distillery's name is a nod to Frances Elizabeth Willard, a prominent figure in the Temperance Movement, in a city long known for its support of Prohibition.
The nose is rich and spicy, with clove, vanilla and caramel. The palate is sweet, with toffee and caramel alongside cardamom and clove. The finish is long, with warming spices carrying through to the end.
