FEW – Rye Whiskey (75cl)

FEW Rye Whiskey is an American rye from Illinois, in a 75cl bottle. The mashbill is 70% Midwestern rye, 20% local corn and 10% two-row malted barley, fermented with a Loire valley wine yeast. It won a gold medal at the 2021 San Francisco WSC. The nose brings caramel and honey. On the palate it is sweet, with spice from pepper, ginger and vanilla, and the long finish carries toasted oak, cherry, plum and pear.
