Few Rye Whiskey

This is an American rye whiskey from Few, made from a mash bill of 70% rye, 20% corn and 10% malted barley. Rye's affinity with raspberry eau-de-vie shows in this style of distillation, and the whiskey moves between the clear character of new make and a fuller maturity. The nose brings fruit, floral notes of rose and peony, and herbal notes of ivy and alfalfa. The palate becomes steadily more chocolatey and spicy.
