Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2015 Radici Mastroberardino

A mature white wine from the 2015 vintage, showing the character of Fiano. On the nose it offers aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit, almond notes and floral hints integrated with light mineral nuances. On the palate it is balanced, with sustained body and pleasant sapidity supporting the flavour profile; the persistence recalls the same fruity tones and an almond aftertaste. It suits regional and national dishes such as pasta with soft sauces, flavourful fish, crustacean preparations and soft, not too aged cheeses. Serve cool but not excessively cold.
