A Fiano di Avellino DOCG from Fattoria Pagano, with a clear, restrained aromatic profile. The nose brings white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel and light almond notes. The palate stays fresh and linear, with good acidity, a soft texture and a savoury finish. Serve around 10-12°C, fresh but not ice-cold. It pairs with seafood starters, light soups, shellfish and soft cheeses, and works as an unobtrusive aperitif white.
