A seven-year-old single cask malt distilled at Highland Park on Orkney and released by Fib Whisky as Whitlaw. It was distilled on 12 June 2017, matured in an Oloroso hogshead and bottled on 8 April 2025 at a cask strength of 64.3%, with natural colour and no chill filtration. The outturn is 96 bottles, in 70cl size.
The label shows the Ring of Brodgar and was designed by Orla Stevens.
The nose balances sweet and savoury, like dark chocolate with sea salt and dried fruit. The palate opens with a full hit of zesty fruit and dark spices. The finish softens into velvety dark fruit with a coastal tang.
