Fiddler Georgia Heartwood is a bourbon from ASW Distillery, built on the same high-wheat bourbon that goes into the flagship Fiddler Unison.
It is finished on staves of Georgia oak, which the distilling team harvested and charred by hand. The mash bill is 45% wheat, an unusual figure for a bourbon, and it gives a sweet, smooth profile despite the high proof.
