This is the second batch of Filey Bay IPA Cask Finish, a whisky from Yorkshire. A classic Filey Bay, it has been matured in IPA casks from Woldtop Ales, a sister brewery, which gives a finish that reflects Yorkshire IPAs.
It tastes light, fruity and biscuity, with notes of green apple, pear drops, lemon cake and hops.
