Filey Bay IPA Finish #1 is the first batch of a Filey Bay whisky finished in IPA casks. It was matured in casks from Woldtop Ales, the Filey Bay sister brewery, which gives a finish with the taste of a Yorkshire IPA. It is typically described as light, fruity and biscuity, with notes of green apple, pear drops, lemon cake and hops.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
