Filey Bay Moscatel Sherry Cask is a Yorkshire whisky bottled at 47.3% ABV, matured in ex-Moscatel sherry hogsheads. It is a Single Estate whisky, made with homegrown, regeneratively farmed barley.
The distillery style is light and fruity, and a solera-style approach is used to keep the whisky consistent while it gains age and complexity.
It is soft and sweet to taste, with hints of citrus, honey and apricot.
