This is the second batch release of Filey Bay, matured in bourbon casks as the first release was. It becomes the base house style whisky of the distillery. It was released as a limited batch of 6000 bottles. The tasting notes describe a light and fruity whisky, with flavours of citrus, vanilla ice cream, caramel, biscuit and honey.
