Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #1 is a whisky from Filey Bay and the distillery's first sherry cask release. The spirit is 100% pot-distilled. Maturation took place in select first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, giving the release its sherry cask character. It is typically described as rich, fruity and spicy, with flavours of Christmas cake, orange peel, brown sugar, cocoa and caramel.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
