Filey Bay STR Finish #2 is a whisky from the Filey Bay range, made in the Filey house style and matured in red wine casks that have been shaved, toasted and re-charred. It is described as light, floral and fruity, with summer berries and vanilla ice cream. A sweet, oaky spiciness follows, recalling a glass of Spanish red wine.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
