This is a single malt from the Yorkshire coast of England, in a 70cl bottle at 48% ABV. It matures in bourbon casks, then is finished in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine barriques that came from Rioja in Spain.
It is made from 100% homegrown barley, grown and distilled on the Yorkshire coast.
The character is light, floral and fruity, with summer berries, vanilla ice cream, orange chocolate and toasted oak.
