Filmland Spirits Quadraforce Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 47%)

Quadraforce is a blend of four straight bourbons from Kentucky, Indiana, California and a mystery mash, blended and bottled in Kentucky by Filmland Spirits at 47% in a 75cl bottle. Only 6,000 bottles were released. Filmland pairs each of its whiskeys with an original B-movie script, and this is its team-up issue. Three of the mash bills are disclosed: 78% corn, 12% rye and 10% malted barley; 70% corn, 25% wheat and 5% malted barley; and 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. The fourth is not revealed. The nose is typically described as vanilla, caramel, almond and cinnamon spice. The palate has wheat sweetness, almond and earthy notes with spice, and the finish is smooth and balanced, with lingering spice and nutty undertones.
