Ryes of the Robots Extended Cut is a cask strength straight rye from Filmland Spirits, bottled uncut at 57.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle in Kentucky. The mash is 95% rye and 5% malted barley, aged for four years or more in American white oak.
It is the full-strength version of Ryes of the Robots, Filmland's sci-fi B-movie themed rye, and it took Gold at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The tasting notes describe bold rye spice, dill and cracked pepper over caramelised oak, with a long, dry, warming finish.
