Fina Sauvignon Blanc Terre Siciliane IGP - Mamarì

A white Sauvignon Blanc from Sicily. It is pale straw yellow, almost transparent, with an intensely aromatic nose. Tasting reveals vivid tropical fruit such as passion fruit, fresh grass and a slightly mineral note reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate the acidity is well balanced, the texture is soft and the finish persists pleasantly with mineral and fresh notes. It accompanies fish, seafood and light Mediterranean dishes, and works as an aperitif.
