Finlaggan Old Reserve is a peaty Islay single malt with no age statement, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is gold in colour and dry and full in character.
The nose is smoky peat with nutmeg and chocolate. On the palate it is dry and full, with a clear smoky base, spicy accents and subtle chocolate. The finish is pleasantly lasting and dry, with peat smoke, spice and a light bittersweet touch of chocolate.
