Finlaggan Original Peaty is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company and named after Loch Finlaggan, a historic site on the island. The nose has balanced peat with smoke, sea spray and a light saltiness, joined by vanilla, soft honey and malted cereal. On the palate the peat is pronounced, supported by malt, honey and gentle spice. Smoke lasts into the finish, along with a slight salty note.
