Fireball Cinnamon Whisky (175cl, 33%)

A cinnamon-flavoured whisky made on a Canadian whisky base, bottled at 33% ABV in a 1.75-litre bottle. Natural cinnamon oil, natural vanilla extract and cane sugar are blended in, with no FD&C dyes or synthetic vanillin. At this strength it falls into the liqueur category rather than straight whisky. The nose is sweet cinnamon candy with brown sugar and a little vanilla. The palate opens with a sharp cinnamon note before brown sugar and toasted oak come through, and the finish is clean and gently warming, with a faint peppery note at the back of the throat.
