Fireball is a cinnamon-flavoured spirit built on a Canadian whisky base, bottled at 33% ABV in a 375ml bottle.
The whisky was aged in used American bourbon barrels, then blended with natural cinnamon flavouring and sweeteners. Bottling takes place at the Sazerac Company's facilities in Louisville, Kentucky.
The nose is dominated by grated cinnamon, with sweet vanilla and a little oak. The palate opens with sweet cinnamon spice, balanced by sugar, with a malty grain note from the whisky underneath. The finish is warm and lingering, ending in a dry, spicy tingle.
