Firefly Peach Moonshine is a peach-flavoured, corn-based moonshine from Firefly Distillery in North Charleston, South Carolina. It is bottled at 30.45% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The base spirit is made from corn, barley and wheat, and natural peach flavour is added to it.
The nose is fresh-pressed peach with a noticeable sweetness. On the palate it starts as sweet peach with a slightly syrupy texture, then vanilla and a hint of spice appear before a tart peach peak. The finish brings a gentle heat and fades into peach-tinged corn whiskey character.
