Flor de Cana 5 Year Old Añejo Clásico is a Nicaraguan aged rum made from sugar cane and matured for five years in American white oak barrels.
The oak gives it a smooth, well-rounded character. On the nose there is ripe banana, molasses and a touch of baking spice. The palate brings vanilla and caramel with a subtle hint of oak.
Bottled at 40% vol, it works neat or as the base of a classic cocktail.
