Florentis Vin Santo Wine Cask is a whisky in a 70cl bottle, matured in casks that come from the cellars where Tuscan Vin Santo rests. It is a deep amber colour. The cask influence brings notes of honey, toasted almond and a hint of dried fruit, alongside warm vanilla and sweet spice. The palate is velvety, and the long finish returns to soft caramel and a little light tobacco.
