Florio Donna Franca Marsala Superiore Riserva Semi Secco (50cl)

A fortified Marsala made from Grillo, Catarratto and Inzolia grapes, selected by the Florio winery. Matured in oak casks, it has a golden amber colour with old copper reflections. The nose offers candied fruit, honey, vanilla, tobacco and caramel. On the palate it is elegant, balancing honey sweetness with fresh acidity, leading to a persistent and richly aromatic finish. It pairs well with rich desserts such as tiramisu and with blue cheeses.
