A Piedmontese sparkling wine from Fontanafredda, made mainly from Moscato Bianco using the Charmat method. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose brings acacia flowers, peach and a delicate honey note. The palate is harmonious and pleasantly fruity, with a balance of sweetness and acidity. It suits refined aperitifs and delicate desserts, fruit tarts or dry pastries.
