Fort Hamilton Double Barrel Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Fort Hamilton Double Barrel Rye is a North-Eastern style American rye from Alex Clark Spirits in Brooklyn, New York. The mash contains no corn, only rye, malted barley, yeast and water. It is matured in two barrels of heavily charred new American white oak on the Brooklyn waterfront, which adds oak depth to the grain-forward style of the brand. The rye is non-chill filtered, and it comes in a 75cl bottle. The name looks back to August 1775, when Alexander Hamilton's Hearts of Oak militia seized British cannons in lower Manhattan.
