Hell Diver is a 16 year old Canadian whisky from Found North's High Altitude Collection, bottled at cask strength in a 75cl bottle.
Its character comes from a mix of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry influence, Spanish oak and several styles of new American oak.
The palate opens with peach, citrus, baking spices and chocolate, then moves to blackberry jam, candied plum, sandalwood and leather. The finish brings maple sweetness, nutmeg, caramel and clove, ending on vanilla and grapefruit.
