Four Gate 7 Year Old Andalusia Key II is a straight bourbon, a blend of whiskey aged 7.5 years. It was matured in barrels from batch #9, sourced through Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky.
The barrels first held Spanish Oloroso sherry and then dark rum in the Florida Keys. They were selected by Bill Straub and Bob D'Antoni of the company.
