Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin (75cl, 37.8%)

Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is an Australian gin from the Yarra Valley, made by combining traditional gin botanicals with shiraz grapes. The botanicals include juniper, cardamom and Tasmanian pepperberry, balanced against the depth of the fruit. The result has a deep crimson colour. The nose pairs the botanicals with ripe berries. On the palate, juniper, citrus and spice sit alongside the sweet, fruity notes of the shiraz. Bottled at 37.8% vol in a 75cl bottle, it can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
