Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin (75cl, 58.8%)

Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin is an Australian gin from Victoria, bottled at a robust 58.8% vol in a 75cl bottle. Its botanicals combine juniper and coriander seed with native Australian ingredients, giving it a distinctly Australian character. The higher strength suits cocktails that need a bold flavour, and it works in a Negroni or a Gin Martini as well as neat or over ice. The nose is fragrant, with fresh citrus, earthy spices and hints of pine. The palate is rich and intense, and the finish is smooth.
